Although auction information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer and sellers make no warranties expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defects in any item in the auction. Please examine all items carefully prior to bidding. Once auctioneer says sold you own the merchandise and are responsible for paying for it. All auctions in Texas are considered to be auctions with reserve unless announced as absolute. Merchandise must be paid for today. Any items left for 30 days will be sold for storage fees. Auction employees and auctioneer may bid on merchandise with intent to purchase that they do not own. Auction company will bid to protect the reserves for consignors. Consignors may NOT bid on their own merchandise. All firearms sold through the auction should be checked out by a gunsmith before being fired.
