Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of item or items is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer You MUST make an appointment to schedule your pickup date and time. WE DO SHIP ON CERTAIN AUCTIONS. Buyer Pays Shipping and Materials Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. We are not accepting cash payments at this time.Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction, once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If you are tax exempt you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to jamesberthold1@yahoo.com a copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be an 18% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards except American Express accepted. A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Great Deals and Steals after the sale concludes. Please have your invoice number handy when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms. PICKUP will be by appointment. YOU NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT at the end of the auction or other arrangements agreeable to seller. If not picked up by Friday noon after auction ends (or other arrangements agreed to) you will forfeit the item(s) with NO REFUND
