Lone Wolf Auctions has been commissioned to conduct an online auction of these units and sell to the highest bidder under Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code to satisfy landlord lien. These unit(s) are located in Red Oak, Texas. You will not be allowed to enter the storage unit or touch any items prior to bidding. Lone Wolf Auctions will charge your credit card on file at the close of the auction a 10% non-refundable advance of the hammer price, 18% Buyers Premium and applicable sales tax. The balance, along with a $200 cleaning deposit will be paid directly to the Storage Facility in cash when you arrive to pick up your unit.
