Pick-Up Requirements: Winning bidders are responsible for bringing their own manpower, tools, and packing supplies to remove items. For large items, please ensure you have adequate help, as items must be removed without dumping on the property. You are responsible for any damages to the property that may occur during the pick up process. Neither the estate company or property owner are responsible for accidents or injuries. Shipping: Shipping is available for select items. A $10 handling fee per lot applies, along with shipping costs.
