WE will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet speeds vary per person and location. All "auctions" are considered to have a reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves if any are not disclosed. In accordance with Tennessee State Law auctioneers at their discretion may elect place bids on items on behalf of themselves or others if applicable. We advise you to place your Max Bid on items and let the computer bid for you. If you are not aware of the Max Bid feature we encourage you to reach out to high bid and research this feature. WE reserve the right to withdraw, remove or re-catalog items at any time. Handling Fee for Shipping: Not all items can be shipped. If we decide to allow shipping on any item then our minimum handling fee is $10.00 plus the cost for materials for basic packing. Items that require larger boxes, more packing, extra bubble wrap and extra time to pack and ship will be charged accordingly. If this is the case our staff will notify you of the additional cost of your packing and you have the option to pick up the items yourself in person or contract with another shipper to pick up your items. Shipping Cost: We do not control the cost of shipping. We box it, measure it and the shipper quotes the fees. We appreciate your business but if you do not like the cost of shipping we will gladly give you the opportunity to pick up your items. Delivery of Items: Shipping of any items will occur after bidders have picked up their items onsite. Packing and delivery times vary depending on the amount of product we are shipping. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your items to be shipped from our location. Credit Card Fee: 3% . Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required to participate. Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Card and Wire Transfer. Payment: Credit Cards will be billed immediately at the close of auction. Participation Requirements, Vehicles, Boats, Trailers and More : A Valid Credit Card is required to participate online. Those purchasing vehicles, boats, trailers, or other high dollar items, etc. will be required to pay by cash or wire transfer before taking possession of any item. If you decide to use a wire transfer please add $25.00 to cover the cost of the wire transfer. Currency Type is United States Dollars. Pick Up: It is important that you bring your own boxes, totes, labor and packing materials with you on the day of pick-up. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR IF YOUR SHIPPING INVOICE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER WE BILL YOU THEN YOUR ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS WON OR PAY FOR YOUR SHIPPING ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED ITEMS AND WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS AUTHORIZE THE AUCTIONEER TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THOSE ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPING THAT HAS NOT BE PAID AND DISPOSE OF OR RESALE THE ITEMS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS WILL STILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS THAT THEY BID ON EVEN IF BIDDERS FAIL TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS OR PAY FOR THEIR SHIPPING. We are not responsible for your items if you miss your pick-up day or time. We really appreciate your business and your bidding, but it is very important that you pick up your items on the designated days and times when we have staff available. We have contract obligations with Sellers to have the items removed on certain days and times and to fulfill our contract obligations we must remove your items. Declined Credit Card: If your credit card is declined for any reason at checkout you will incur an additional fee of $30.00 dollars. If you require shipping, then all guns must be shipped to your local FFL dealer for pickup in your state. We will not ship to Alaska, California, or Hawaii. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must pass a background check to receive a firearm from us. There will be a $15.00 fee per gun for background check and transfer documents. NO firearms or ammunition have been inspected for use, value, accuracy, or functionality. Everything "sold as" "where is" in "as is condition". Bidders accept all items with any and all faults whether or not the fault is immediately apparent. Every bidder agrees that it is his or her decision to bid and the amount he or she bids. Bids are based solely on his or her own independent inspection and valuation of the items being offered. The Buyer hereby agrees not to deny payment or chargeback any items with the card that is on file with Jackson Real Estate and Auction or HiBid. The Bidder is to keep their login information private and agrees that any items bid on or purchased by the Bidder or involving their account that they personally set up that the Buyer will be financially responsible for all payments and charges on that account. If applicable Buyers assume all responsibility to report any gun sales (if applicable) to their local governing body. By registering and bidding on these guns and ammunition the Buyer is stating that they know their state and federal gun and ammunition laws for the state that they live in and that they are legally able to purchase a gun in their state and in the United States.
