Any declined credit card payments will have 48 hours from email notification of the declined status of their credit card to contact the office, 865-518-8088 and pay with a valid credit card or cash. A $30.00 decline fee will be enforced, no matter what the reason the card was declined. If contact is not received within the 48 hours from email notification, you WILL NO LONGER be authorized to bid at A to Z & In Between Sales and negative feedback will be left on Hibid. Sales tax will be collected unless noted and as required by state and local laws. If you have a sales tax resale certificate, it is your responsibility to provide documentation prior to the start of the sale.
