Payment Terms
If you have the final winning bid, your credit card on file will be charged. You will be sent a Settlement Statement by email to the account in your HiBid registration with your payment information and pickup instructions the day following the auction close. To ease pickup and provide better security, cash payments will not be accepted. For all purchases less than $1000, your credit card on file will be charged, but there are no additional credit card fees. Arrangements can be made for payment by cashier's check for purchases above $1000. Please notify us by email immediately after the auction closes. Items can not be picked up or shipped until payment is finalized. If payment is not finalized within 1 week of auction closing, then the items will be considered abandoned.
You may pick up item(s) at the designated place, date & time (see Checkout Date/Time above) OR some items may be shipped. All shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. We will contact you by email with a shipping invoice and payment instructions once your items are packed. Once payment is received, items will be delivered to the shipper.
