All items are being sold as is with no warranty. Auctioneers will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or the defect in any lot and make no warranty in connection therewith. It is buyer's full responsibility to confirm the accuracy of items offered for sale. Descriptions and photos are offered as a guide only. Do not rely on photos to make buying decisions. Allow for slight variations in color due to lighting and monitor differences. Be sure to read descriptions and ask questions if you are unclear. This is a consignment sale and lots are subject to Tennessee SALES TAX at the rate of 9.75%. Tax will be added to your settlement, unless we receive a copy of your sales tax exemption form via email BEFORE the close of the auction bidding. Thank you for complying. Please Note: When you register for our auction you are automatically approved for bids up to $800. Bids above that amount require additional approval. If you think that you will be bidding above that amount, we encourage you to request a higher limit by email prior to the close of the auction. Last minute bids at lot closing may not allow sufficient time for approvals. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for winning bids immediately after the auction closes. Items will be available for pickup at a designated date, time, and location. Please read the “Checkout” section in our Auction Details for date and time. Payment Terms
If you have the final winning bid, your credit card on file will be immediately charged. You will be sent a Settlement Statement by email to the account in your HiBid registration with your payment information and pickup instructions the day following the auction close. To ease pickup and provide better security, cash payments will not be accepted. For all purchases less than $1000, your credit card on file will be charged, but there are no additional credit card fees. Arrangements can be made for payment by cashier's check for purchases above $1000. Please notify us by email immediately after the auction closes. Items can not be picked up or shipped until payment is finalized. If payment is not finalized within 1 week of auction closing, then the items will be considered abandoned.
You may pick up item(s) at the designated place, date & time (see Checkout Date/Time above) OR some items may be shipped. All shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. We now do our own shipping and will contact you by email with a shipping invoice and payment instructions once your items are packed. Once payment is received, items will be sent.
