BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ON ANY LOTS WON FROM THE AUCTION --- - By accepting these terms and conditions I understand and acknowledge that I personally guarantee that payments will be made on or before the deadline for any monies owed. I acknowledge that if my payment is not made on time, my credit card on file will be charged any remaining balance to cover expenses. If the card is declined my account will be sent to collections and/or litigation and I will be responsible for all collections fees and attorney costs associated with those processes. - Any pallets that have not been paid for by the following Friday after the auction is complete the merchandise will be considered abandoned and we will CHARGE the card on file with hibid to cover the expenses and the merchandise will be forfeited to most anything auctions. You will also go on record with Hibid.com as a non-paying bidder and will be banned from participating in future auctions. - Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold AS-IS where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Item counts are listed but please do your own inxpection to make sure no mistakes were made. In person previews can be scheduled by contacting Jonathan Sewell at 6787709701. - When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are CONTRACTUALLY BOUND to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. BIDS CANNOT BE CANCELED - ALL BIDS ARE FINAL! - If merchandise is left past the Tuesday following the auction the buyer will be charge a $20 per DAY per PALLET LATE FEE. We have limited space, so this is to cover any relocation expenses. - The first lot will close at 12:00pm with consecutive lots closing every 30 seconds. We utilize a soft close so if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for another 2 minutes. Once all the bidding on that lot has stopped the lot will be sold. - A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the hammer price. The Georgia sales tax of 7% will also be added unless you have provided us with a valid Resale Certificate. - BIDDING: When you bid your max, the current bid does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else must bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same max bid on an item, the 1st person to place the bid will be a winning bidder. We will not be responsible for bids that do not go through. The best way to ensure your bid is accepted is to enter your max bid BEFORE the auction ends. - Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Location at time of removal - No Exceptions. Once items are removed no claims are allowed. - Any persons on property during preview, or removal of goods shall assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer or principal from liability.
