A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all winning bids. 8% sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided before the auction ends. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. ________________________________________ REGISTRATION & BIDDING All participants must register prior to bidding. By registering, bidders affirm they have inspected the items to their satisfaction or have voluntarily waived that right. Bidding constitutes a legal and binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder. Buyers must reply to their paid-in-full invoice on pick-up day to request shipping.
