GENERAL TERMS All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and no warranties or guarantees. A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all winning bids. 8% sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided before the auction ends. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. ________________________________________ REGISTRATION & BIDDING All participants must register prior to bidding. By registering, bidders affirm they have inspected the items to their satisfaction or have voluntarily waived that right. Bidding constitutes a legal and binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or revoke any bid or bidder registration at their sole discretion. ________________________________________ PAYMENT TERMS A non-refundable deposit of up to $2,000 will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card immediately after the auction closes. Buyers must reply to their paid-in-full invoice on pick-up day to request shipping.
