• Pick up times will be September 13 in Fort Mill, SC 3-6 p.m. • Please verify that you can pick up during allotted time frames BEFORE bidding. • Please bring help and any tools needed to move all items purchased. We will not MOVE, nor do we have help available. • Lot Closings start at 6.p.m • Lots Close every consecutive 30 seconds. • Each lot is extended by 30 seconds if a bid is placed during the last minute. • Each bid is a binding agreement. • All lots are sold AS IS. • No Warranty or guarantee on any items. We DO NOT check authenticity of handbags, clothing, etc. • All sales are final – please do buyer due diligence and verify anything of importance to you BEFORE bidding. • No authenticity checks are done on purses or clothing unless noted. • Payment is expected at the end of the auction. • There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to each purchase. • Sales tax will be added to the selling bid price. Exemption Forms must be submitted before auction close. • All items must be picked up within the allotted time frame or will be considered abandoned. • Shipping can be arranged at buyer’s expense for items 15 pounds or less.
