For out-of-state buyers: we require that you send us a copy of your choice of Firearm Dealer's FFL in your state within 24 hours after the auction to Mswillie33@comcast.net - Once we receive that, we then get to work on preparing your items for shipment and you will receive your tracking number via email (Always check your spam just in case). Item Condition All auction items are being sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Any description given by 5 Star Auctions & Estate Sales or the seller is not guaranteed. All sales are final! The bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, etc. will be allowed. Once listed, all items are available for auction only and not subject to prior sale. Auction End Times Hibid.com online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at a specified time. All items have an auto extended bid feature. Any bid placed in the final minute of close will automatically extend the bidding 2 minute until no bid is place in the allotted time. Photos All pictures of items are to be used only as a guide. Pictures may not always display every major nor minor flaw in condition. In order to make the best determination of condition, we encourage you to contact us for questions on the items. Reserved Auction Some lots may have a reserve value set by the seller. 5 Star Auctions and Estate Sales reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. We take pride in selling out items, not calling no sales so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. Sales Tax All applicable sales taxes apply to all items. South Carolina has a sales tax rate of 9% plus additional city tax if applicable. Dealers must provide proper documentation to 5 Star Auctions & Estate Sales before bidding. Buyer's Premium 15% Buyers Premium Payments Credit Cards will automatically be charged at the end of the auction. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. Removal of Purchase All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 30 days or may be subject to storage charges. The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase. Loading assistance may be available on some items. Check the item details as it will be listed where available. All items must be picked up in 30 days or will be subject to be resold. Shipping If you purchase an item that will need to be shipped, you must contact us to let us know. We will assume, based on your address, that your item needs to be shipped. Shipping is expensive. Shipping large items is more expensive. Shipping large, fragile items is even more expensive. Server & Software Technical Issues In the event there are technical difficulties related to the auction server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, 5 Star Auction & Estate Sales reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close the bidding at any time. Neither 5 Star Auctions & Estate Sales nor the sellers will be responsible for a missed bid.
