There is heaters, Sthil leaf blower, corded and gas powered lawn equipment, tons of garden tools, and bulky hand tool lots. Brands include Plumb, Proto, SK Wayne, Snap On, Craftsman, and more - newer and vintage mix. Lots of gas cans, shelving, some commercial and industrial equipment & materials. There's also raw edge slabs and some dimensional wood - Cedar, Oak, Black Walnut, Doug Fir, and Maple. Golf cart, John Deere riding mowers, Kawasaki bike, vintage furniture, newer washer/dryer set, table saw, planers, and much more to come! Most gas powered and corded tools were tested or at least compression checked. There's some items ready to go and others may need work or repair. A lot was parked in the barn in working condition. Lots will indicate if they've been tested and to what extent. Something to consider is the rusty tools lots went through a fire and is sold as buyer beware. Some tools may be able to be sandblasted / oiled and function again, but some of the lots are scrap and I say that because it would take a lot of effort to make it otherwise. Payment will be processed at conclusion of auction with card registered on file. If you'd like to pay cash or need shipping, specify in auction notes at registration. All lots are located & will be picked up on site of the estate - West Linn south of Stafford Rd exit. Exact address provided to winning bidders on invoice. Shipping is available- you'll be charged for the lots at conclusion of the auction. After local pickups are finished we will either box or palletize winnings. For palletized or larger than pallet size lots, it's your responsibility to coordinate pickup and transport with freight (and we can always point you in the direction of where to get a quote). If you need pallet delivered to hub, we can provide quote or direct to local company.
