Local pick up only. DELIVERY: The auction company does not offer delivery service for this auction. PAYMENT: At the close of the auction, all payments will automatically be charged to the credit/debit card used to register for the auction. MERCHANDISE PICKUP DATES: All pickups are BY APPOINTMENT on Friday, October 30th (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Saturday October 31st (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) State law requires us to make appointments for pickup so that the number of people on site are limited. Customers who show up at their appointment time will be given first priority. Individuals who come hours ahead of time or "drop in" with no appointment will be asked to wait while we accomodate those who have appointments. Pickup will be at multiple sites: Most items are at 9921 Hickox Road, Alexander. 2000 series lot numbers are located at Bontrager's Auction Center, 8975 Wortendyke Road, Batavia, NY 14020. 3000 series lot numbers are located in Byron, NY. That address will be disclosed to the successful bidders. -If you are unable to pick up on the scheduled date, please send someone in your place or kindly refrain from bidding in this auction. We are unable to accomodate multiple dates for pickup. Late pickup fee will include staff time plus storage. Items not picked up within 10 days of the auction will be resold. -Masks are required by NYS law on all individuals indoors and outdoors while on auction site grounds during preview and pickup. -Number of people in the buildings will be limited. -Customers should come prepared to remove the items themselves and bring any assistance or tools they may need. -There is no delivery. If purchases are not picked up there will be a minimum $20 removal fee, plus storage fees.
