In the case of John, this is most apparent in the large and complex collection of Georgian glass, ranging from rare decanters to Irish cut crystal to beautiful Georgian stemware. Janet, equally as passionate, has dedicated a great part of her life to academic endeavours relating to their shared passion for antiques and fine art. An appraiser, advisor and teacher, Janet has been relied upon by museums, governments and institutions throughout the years to provide world class knowledge and advice. A highly regarded and sought after lecturer and author, Janet toured for many years with the popular TV series 'Antiques Roadshow' and has appeared regularly on CBC Radio and Television. She was the antiques Columnist for the "Citizen" for six years and also in "House and Home" for another six. After a long and thoughtful decision process, Janet has decided to move from her 5 500 square foot Georgian period home to a smaller residence. This move has facilitated the need for this large and important sale.
