NCAL 10032 Simple rules to our online auctions: 1. Go to www.charlottepremierestateauctions.com and register. Find the login/new bidder tab at the top. 2. Bid on your treasures. 3. You will receive an email Thursday morning following the close of the auction letting you know if you won. This email goes out by 10am. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. 4. Some shipping available. We ship anything that fits in a large priority box or smaller. We require money order, check or wire transferred money for shipping. 5. Auctions run for 1 week from Wednesday at 7am- Wednesday at 7pm the following week. The first lot begins closing at 7pm and then each lot 15 seconds later. You can watch and bid live on our website. To preview items call 704-996-4298 to set up an appointment. 6. Pickups are at our warehouse Thursdays and Fridays following the auction from 10am-3pm. Please bring boxes and packing materials. Also, if you have large items come with help. Address is 18610 Starcreek Drive Unit B, Cornelius NC 28031. Go to the rear of the building and ring the bell. We can also set up an alternate pickup date but it must be within one week of the close of auction and it may require a storage fee of $25 and up. 7. We care about the safety of you and our clients.
