Bidding opens March 3rd and Begins to close Thursday March 12th at 7:30PM. Items will close with a soft close feature in groups of 10. If any item within that group of 10 receives a bid within the last 30 seconds the lead item will return to 30 seconds with the added time being added to all items in the same group. Groups will be separated by 8 minutes. . Beware that two or more groups may begin closing at once if a group lasts 8 minutes or longer. EVERY item is sold AS IS, No refunds given. Please come preview the items before purchasing. We cannot ship any item! All items must be paid for and picked up by Saturday, March 14th. Won items will be charged the invoice balance to the card on file within 24 hours of auction close time.

Buyer Premium: 15% buyer's premium, 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax Any items not picked up will be forfeited with no refund issued. Invoice price will be the restocking fee. The Surplus Liquidators will not be responsible for Measurement Errors in Lot Descriptions. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are entering a legal contract and are giving permission to charge the card on file. You are accepting the terms of the sale condition of the items and are relinquishing ability for credit card chargeback. Any tile or flooring will be sold by quantity as square footage unless listed otherwise. Items listed as “open box” may be new or used items; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the items prior to purchasing.
