1. Online bidding starts Saturday February 27th , 2026 and ends Friday March 13th, 2026, beginning at 7:00PM EST for the first lot using a soft close process. Bidding will be extended on any lot if there is a bid within the last minute. 2. Items can be previewed by appointment. Please call the auctioneer 412-877-0579 3. Payment and Pickup will be made on Sunday March 15th, 2026 from 10:00AM to 4:00 PM. (address notification given to winning bidders with invoices) . Bring Help and Tools For Removal of Heavy Items. 4. There is a 13 % buyer's premium for winning bids 5. Winning bids will receive an invoice after the close of the auction with lots that they have won. If the reserve has been met the invoice will also include those lots. If the invoice does not include lots that had reserves, then the reserve was not met. This is why at the end of the auction HiBid only states you may have won this lot. 6. Payment is due at the time of pick up. Credit cards, wire transfer and cash are accepted. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 7. Shipping is offered on small items at cost for shipping & materials plus a small handling fee based on the item to be shipped. All Invoices valued at $200 or more will be insured and signature confirmation required. 8. Invoices totaling $500 or more that require shipping must be paid for with wire transfer or bank certified check. New HiBid and first time Hit Auctions LLC auction bidders with invoices totaling $150 or more that require shipping must be paid for with wire transfer or bank certified check. Please check with the auctioneer for more information if needed. Items will be shipped after payment has been cleared. 9. A 4% Fee will be charged for CC users. 5% for American Express. 10. Note that some lots may have modest reserves at the request of the consignor(s). At the end of the auction it may state you may have won this item, but it will only be included on your invoice if the reserve has been met. Lots with and reserve amounts are not disclosed during the auction. 11. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO PICK UP DURING PICK UP TIMES AND DAY PRIOR TO BIDDING 12. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOLD ANY ITEMS AFTER THESE PICK-UP TIMES. 13. Any items left after this time are forfeited and your credit card may be charged 14. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES AND WRAPPING MATERIALS. 15. We have limited ability to help load heavier items so please ensure you bring help with these items. 16. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 17. HIT Auctions LLC reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 18. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 19. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. 20. This is an online auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or charge backs are accepted. 21. Purchaser enters the property at their own risk and liability and holds HIT Auctions LLC harmless for any damage to goods during removal. Purchasers also hold HIT Auctions LLC harmless and free of any liability whatsoever for any injury or claims of any kind by any person that may arise during the previews and/or removal of any item or while on the premises. 22. The Seller, or any of the Seller's agents or employees, or HIT Auctions LLC or any of its agents or employees, shall not be liable to the Buyer or to Buyer's agents, employees, contractors, or any other persons or entities acting on their behalf in connection with such removal of the Property, for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, of any kind or character to them arising either from the use of the property of the Seller pursuant to the License granted herein, or caused by any alleged defect or condition in any building, structure, equipment or facility, or any condition on the land of the Seller, any of which are alleged to be the cause of or contributing to the aforementioned loss, damage or personal injury or death. In addition, the Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and HIT Auctions LLC and their respective agents, servants and employees of and from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expenses, personal injury or death of any person or persons arising out of, or relating to the removal of the above described Property.
