By registering for this Auction, you agree to all Terms and Conditions as stated. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds, exchanges or chargebacks. All items are sold without warranty or guarantee. G Bar Auctions, LLC uses the services HIBID auction platform for online bidding. Please refer to HIBID website for how to register and bid online. Buyer is responsible for all online bidding. G Bar Auctions, LLC cannot place bids for the buyer as the buyer must properly register and bid through the third-party platform.
Applicable Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase.
Payment must be made before item(s) are removed or shipped. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE. - IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY THE LAST SCHEDULED PICK UP DAY, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN DEFAULT. After that you will be reported to HIBID as a non-paying bidder.
By registering a Bidder agrees to accept all charges placed on the card that is authorized for use at registration, and Bidder waives any and all rights concerning charge-backs or refunds for any items charged to the authorized credit card. Chargebacks will be met with the fullest extent of the law, and it is understood that if you are bidding in this auction you are bidding with the understanding that everything is AS IS. There are NO exceptions and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a charge back is initiated or threatened the bidder will be reported to HIBID.
Reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. An accepted bid is a legal binding contract. Bidder assumes all risk of loss or damage to the item at the end of the auction.
Reserves the right to resell any personal property that is not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup date/dates. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting for the resale of the property.
G Bar Auctions, LLC will not be held responsible for error or failure to execute the bid.
Upon a successful online bid, the credit card registered for said online bidding will be billed automatically for all winning bids within the auction.
Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are additional to the total purchase price. Fees must be paid in advance by credit card. Buyer must indicate prior to the completion of the auction if shipping is needed. Process and handling of shipped items may take up to 7 business days. If item(s) are damaged in shipping, the seller will need to contact the shipper to file a claim. G Bar Auctions, LLC or the seller will not offer any refunds or accept returns for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
Items will not be stored and any items not collected, or shipping paid within 7 days of the respective sale date will be resold or disposed of at G Bar Auctions, LLC's discretion. No refunds will be provided for items not picked up or shipping paid for within 7 days.
The terms and conditions constitute the final expression of the parties' agreement and a complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the sale. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS SALE AND TRANSACTION AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE MERCHANDISE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THESE SALES. Despite efforts to avoid the withdrawal of item/lots from the sale after they are listed it may sometimes be necessary. Auctioneer and the Owner/Seller reserve the right to do so at any time before or during the sale.
We cannot retract or change bids. All bids are final.
All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over previously distributed information, print or electronic media.
All items are sold "AS-IS, where-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Descriptions, photographs and titles are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. Contents in unopened boxes may not be the same as what is on the box. Please bid accordingly if you are uncertain of the condition or use of an item. If you are a successful bidder in the auction and not known to G Bar Auctions, LLC you may be requested to email a copy of your photo ID, and a copy of your credit card front and back (These 2 items must match).
