Shipping Fees and Terms: Items will be sent to the registered bidder's address. We strive to ship your item as quickly as possible, with lead times ranging from 7 to 14 business days from the date your payment is received.
A handling fee of $20 per bidder applies, and all shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
Local pickups are not available; shipping is the only option.
* Firearm Shipping:
* Handguns: Must be shipped to an FFL dealer via second-day air freight service.
* Shotguns and Rifles:
Flat rate of $69 per item. Bundling is available for no more than two rifles or shotguns, with each additional rifle charged at $10 if shipped with a handgun. All shipments include insurance coverage up to $100, with the option to request increased coverage for an additional fee. If, for any reason, a purchased lot cannot be delivered in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase due to circumstances beyond the control of Trigger Shack LLC, or if the lot is stolen or lost upon delivery, Trigger Shack LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or losses. For additional protection, purchasers are encouraged to contact our office to inquire about delivery insurance coverage, as we offer basic coverage up to $100. Per package sent
* Bundling: Rifles,
shotguns, and pistols can be bundled together but will only be shipped via second-day air service, with a maximum of three items per package. * Ammunition Shipping Costs: There is a flat fee of $67 for packages weighing between 1 lb and 50 lbs. This includes insurance coverage up to $100, adult signature confirmation, ground shipping, and tracking. Packages must not exceed 50 lbs; if they do, an additional package will be required.
Ammunition accessories must also weigh no more than 50 lbs. If a package exceeds 1050 cubic inches in size, the lot will be divided, and a new package rate will apply. * Accessories and Optics: Shipping costs apply at a flat rate of $30 for ground freight, including tracking and insurance up to $100.
Note: Firearms and ammunition cannot be shipped together.
ownership and Returns
* Ownership transfers upon payment. All sales are final, and no returns are accepted. You assume all risk for pre-shipping storage and shipping. Claims for damaged or missing items are the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company, limited to $100 per package. * A 25% return fee plus shipping applies if an item is returned, and cancellations due to returns incur a 25%
cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy We reserve the right to cancel any winning bid or bidder at any time for any reason we deem appropriate. If we are unable to ship your winning item for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and issue a refund.
