If an item requires shipping in state please contact Boltz Auctions. - For all auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or glitches. - ALL matters of discrepancy or litigation MUST be handled in the state of Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. - It will be assumed by the Auction Company that out-of-state orders require shipping. If you are out of State and will be picking up, please call to inform us. Any items not picked up or Scheduled to be picked up will be shipped the first Monday following the Auctions Completion. The card used to register for the Auction will be used to bill for shipping.
