NEW HIBID USERS: I will not be allowing brand new accounts from outside my local area (Eugene / Springfield, Oregon) to register for this auction unless I have talked to you on the phone. If you have never used hibid before or have a brand new account, you will need to call to be approved to bid. You can reach Fred at 541 441 3520 Buyer premium: 10% will be added to your final bill for all lots won. For instance, if you win a lot for $10.00, your final bill will be $11.00. Shipping: Every item in this auction has shipping available. I charge the actual cost of the shipping label plus 5 dollars. If you win 15 lots, you will be charged the actual shipping label cost and just one 5 dollar charge. Your card on file will be charged for shipping when I have your items packaged and ready to go. Items will be shipped when payment has cleared any and all processing and has been depositied in my bank. Payments: For this auction, I will run your card on file after the auction for all invoices totally $1000 or less. If your invoice is over $1000, I will be asking for CERTIFIED funds (Money order, Cashiers Check, or bank wire). I'm sorry for the inconvenience. This is a fraud prevention measure. If you are a cash buyer, please let me know before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do this will result in your card on file being run. Local Pick up: Local buyers can pick up from 64 W Q ST, Springfield, OR Monday - Friday 8 to 430. If you can't make it during these hours, call Fred at 541 441 3520 to make an after hours appt. Each lot will close 15 seconds after the previous lot. If a bid happens in the last 2 minutes it will reset the clock on that specific lot to 2 minutes (Popcorn Bidding). All bidding must be done online. All Items Sold AS/IS No Refunds or Returns YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted.
