Description
This auction is for another pass at some lots and clearance of others. Great opportunity for resellers of jewelry. Christmas is coming jewelry makes great gifts and stocking stuffers plus you avoid the tariffs.
By registering and accepting a bidder number online, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Willamette Valley Auctions, LLC. When registering you will be required to provide your credit card number. You will receive an invoice, and the card used for registering will be charged for your winnings. You will receive a second invoice for shipping if required or requested. We do not add any additional convenience fees for credit or debit cards. We accept; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, And Discover. •All items are 'AS-IS" we do our best to list out and photograph any issues the item has. In accepting a bidder card, you acknowledge items are used and not new unless noted in the item's description. That there may be imperfections, flaws, scratches or defects. - All Sales are final. • Buyer's premium of 15% will be added to each lot purchased. •• You will be notified by email invoice if you are the winning bidder. Email invoices will be sent out within 24 hours of the auction close and will show the amount that is owed. This will not include shipping since we will not know the shipping cost that soon. You will get another invoice for the shipping and your card on file will be charged for the shipping plus the $2.00 handling fee per item, capped at $6 per shipment. • This auction utilizes staggered closing. With “staggered close” lots do not close all at the same time; one lot will close every 15 seconds. You can follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact scheduled closing time of any lot. • Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. • Removal of items: the buyer is solely responsible for the removal of their purchases. All lots must be removed within the times noted online. Any lots that have not been picked up or have not had other arrangements made by within a week (7) days after the auction, forfeit ownership of the items to Willamette Valley Auctions and will be re-sold with proceeds going to Willamette Valley Auctions charity of choice. • Shipping on this auction is suggested but not required. Local pick up is made via an appointment only. NO DROP IN PICKUP. All shipping is the buyer's responsibility for the cost, larger items will go to another shipper. Shipping will go out to the Post Office within a week of shipping being paid. Shipping and handling is handled separately from the auction item. There will be a $2.00 cost for packaging/handling per item, (this fee is capped at $6.00 per shipment unless specified in the details of the item), plus shipping cost on the total invoice. Once your items are packaged, weighed, and measured we will bill you. Willamette Valley Auctions does package items well and is not liable for damage to your item/items in the shipping process. We will insure with shipper on our end. We ship to U.S. and Canada addresses only. NOTE: International shipments do cost more than domestic and are at the sole financial responsibility of the auction winner NOT the auctioneer. Depending on the size of the item we may use USPS, UPS, or FED-EX. • Bidder with a poor history of paying or picking up purchases with HIBID, or with Willamette Valley Auctions will be denied bidding privileges. Payment Terms
An invoice will be sent out with the total due and payment options. The card used for registration will be the card charged for your winnings within 24 hours. Other options include Square & PayPal. If your card is declined, I will reach out once with an email, but that is it. I will not hunt you down and harass you, I will just block you for future bids. Please communicate prior to the close of the auction if you would like to pay another way instead of the credit card on file, or as soon as the auction has closed and you know you won let us know you would like to pay via another method or your card on file will be billed. We are not responsible for your bank fees. If your account gets overdrawn, we are NOT responsible for the charges. Suggestion: Do not use your debit card to register unless you are expecting for it to be charged at the end of the auction and be sure to read the auction terms and conditions to avoid surprises.
