This auction will be liquidating the manufacturing facility of White's Metal Detectors in Sweet Home, OR. Items include everything from heavy machinery for metal working to rolling carts on wheels and everything inbetween. There will be an in person preview on Friday, June 20th from 10 to 4. Please do not go to the facility at any other date or time. You will be turned away. There is another business as well as two homes on the property, as well as security. This is not negotiable. If you show up without an appointment other than on preview day, you will be banned from the property and the auction. Every item has a detailed description of everything we know about the items. We did not test any of the machinery. It is ASSUMED they are in working condition. ALL MACHINES ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. There are a few specific lots that are going to require a lot of work to remove them from the building. These lots will be identified in the descriptions. 4 Specific lots (822-825) are CONTRACTED to be removed from the building due to doorway height, machine weight, celiling height, and SAFETY. The cost to move each machine was billed at 1100.00, and this cost will be added to the invoice for the winners of these 4 lots. Other lots will have to be disassemled, layed on their sides, or both. You are buying these machines having been told they will have to be disassembled, layed on their sides, or both. REMOVAL: Load out dates for this auction are starting MONDAY, JUNE 23 to SATURDAY, JUNE 28th. If you have purchased big machinery items, I will contact you on Sunday, June 22nd to schedule your pick up so that a forklift is available. The goal is to avoid everyone who bought bigger machines showing up at the same time. Load out will be from 9 to 5 each day. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SATURDAY JUNE 28th. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not remove your items by the end of business hours on June 28th, you will forfeit the items you purchased and there will be NO REFUNDS. Forklift: There will be a forklift on site to assist in load out. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you bring assistance if you purchased large items. Buyer Premium: There will be a 10% buyer premium on all lots. Example: If you win a lot for 50 dollars, you final bill for that item is 55 dollars. Shipping: All items have a truck symbol that will tell if you I offer shipping or not. If the lot does not have shipping offered and you are interested, call me and we will discuss costs. Shipping charged to the buyer will be as follows: Actual label charges plus 5 dollars per box used. If you but 3 items and they ship in one box, there will be one 5 dollar charge. We will ship items starting June 30th , or earlier if possible. Local load outs will take priority over shipping. Payments: If you final bill is under $5000.00, your card on file will be run after the auction is complete. If you are a cash buyer, please message before the auction is complete to be put on a cash buyer list. If your final bill is OVER $5000.00, I will accept certified funds (Cashiers check, money order, or wire transfer) or cash for payment. Each lot will close 15 seconds after the previous lot. If a bid happens in the last 2 minutes it will reset the clock on that specific lot to 2 minutes (Popcorn Bidding). All bidding must be done online. All Items Sold AS/IS No Refunds or Returns YOUR BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid.
