Pick-Up Details: Winners can begin picking up their items starting Saturday, Nov 8th at 11:30AM, until Sun Nov 16th at 6:30 PM. ? Pick-Up Policy: You will have 5 business days to pick up your order after the auction ends. Due to limited space in our warehouse, we are unable to store orders beyond this timeframe. If you are unable to pick up within the 5 business days, please email us at info@turbolots.com to make alternative arrangements. Please note: Unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned, and refunds will not be issued. Important Pick-Up Requirements: Please bring an appropriate vehicle and any necessary help to load your items. Turbo Lots staff will not assist with loading — we will hand off your items at the designated pick-up station only.
