PICK UP of the items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction, unless otherwise previously decided upon. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed off. SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS/ DELIVERY are available and must be recorded via email. Any damage caused to property during removal of your items will be assessed and charged to the buyer. SOFT CLOSE. All of Easy-bid auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 5 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids. AUCTION ITEMS. All items are sold on a "as is" "where is" basis. Please feel free to contact Easy-bid with any questions and we want you to visit the preview of the items set out at the time and date. The seller and the auctioneer Easy-bid assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions to the auction. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction. DISPUTES. Easy-bid always puts the customers needs first and we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve all legitimate disputes. Previews should satisfy any questions and if there is a description error please notify us. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site.
