There will be no shipping available for this auction. Any items not picked up by 5:00 PM on Monday October 6, 2025 will be considered abandoned and will become property of John D Johnson Auctions. Unless other arrangements have been made for pick up with John or Greg. Owner or Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents the day of viewing or day of pickup. In case of Tie Bid we will put the Articles up again between the Tie Bidders ( Live Auctions only) Terms are Cash , Cheque with ID, E- transfer , Debit card. Payments to be made at pickup or E transfer before pickup. Social distancing rules ineffect . Please bring emailed invoice with you at time of pick up. Nothing will be removed with out paid invoice. If you purchase a large item and it requires help to move please bring help with you. There will be 13% Hst on all items, plus 10% Internet Bidding Fee to a maximum of $1000.00 per item
