Items not picked up by **2:00 PM** that day will be considered **abandoned and returned to inventory** for resale. **No refunds.** --- 6. **Fees & Taxes** * **15% buyer’s premium** on all items * **\$1.50 handling fee** per invoice * **No GST/HST** is charged (limited-time promo) --- 7. **Returns & Missing Items** * **All sales are final** – no returns or exchanges * Refunds only in cases of **major misrepresentation**, at our discretion * Request returns by emailing **[info@dignbid.com](mailto:info@dignbid.com)** within **24 hours** of pickup * Items must be returned by the following **Saturday (9:30 AM – 2:00 PM)** * Refunds may be issued as credit or to the original payment method * **Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility** * For missing items, max refund is item value only --- 8. **Outbid Notices & Soft Close** * You may receive outbid alerts, except during the last 2 hours * DIG N BID uses **soft close**: if someone bids near the end, time extends --- 9. **Technical Issues** If HiBid experiences a platform issue, we may extend or reopen the auction up to 24 hours. --- 10. **Pickup Liability Disclaimer** Pickup is at a private self-storage facility. DIG N BID, Wanas Trading Inc., and the facility are **not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses** during pickup.
