**Pickup by Appointment Only!** Please note our designated pickup days and times: **Monday to Sunday** 10:00 PM – 6:00 PM **It is crucial to schedule your pickup appointment in advance, as your item will NOT be available without a confirmed time.** **Important Reminders:** - If you fail to collect your item during the specified hours, a restocking fee of 25% of your total invoice (minimum $20) will be applied. Additionally, items will not be held beyond these times, and your account will be suspended. - To reactivate your account, a $25 administrative fee will be required (a total of $75 plus the restocking fee may be necessary for subsequent missed pickups). - **NO EXCEPTIONS** will be made regarding pickup times. **Invoices will be sent within one hour of auction closing.** Thank you for your cooperation!
