Mark your calendars — bidding kicks off Sun, Nov 2nd at 7:00 AM EST, and the first lot will start closing on Tues Nov 2nd, 2025 at 8:30PM EST. Pick-Up Details: Winners can begin picking up their items starting Saturday, Nov 8th at 11:30AM, until Sun Nov 16th at 6:30 PM. ? Important: Items not picked up by the end of the scheduled window will be considered abandoned, and refund requests will not be accepted. Happy bidding from all of us at Turbo Lots!
Pick-Up Policy: You will have 5 business days to pick up your order after the auction ends. Due to limited space in our warehouse, we are unable to store orders beyond this timeframe. If you are unable to pick up within the 5 business days, please email us at info@turbolots.com to make alternative arrangements. Please note: Unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned, and refunds will not be issued. Important Pick-Up Requirements: Please bring an appropriate vehicle and any necessary help to load your items. Turbo Lots staff will not assist with loading — we will hand off your items at the designated pick-up station only. Dispute Policy: You will have 7 days from the date you receive your items to report any disputes. All disputes must be submitted for review and are subject to approval. All items must be paid for the day after the auction ends at 12pm if you are the winning bidder, failure to do so could result in being banned from all our auctions, The outstanding invoice will also be sent to a collection’s agency for the loss of commission and loss of buyer’s fee of the items. -By accepting our terms and conditions bidders must register with their own credit card. Bidders are not allowed to register with other credit cards that are not in their name. If we discover the credit card registered is in a different name, we will block the account.
