Applicable taxes: Ontario: 13% HST Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Quebec, Saskatchewan: 5% GST Maritimes: 15% HST USA: 0% sales tax U.S. Customers Shipments to the U.S. may be subject to tariffs and related import fees. These costs are unknown until delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds will be given due to tariffs. Jantzi Auctions has no control over or responsibility for any tariff-related charges. Due to the Tarrifs expect delays of 2-4 weeks at the border. Payments Visa and Mastercard are accepted. If your invoice exceeds $500, you may be asked to use an alternate payment method: Canadian buyers: e-transfer U.S. buyers: wire transfer Credit cards will be processed the morning after the auction closes using the card on file. For larger invoices, new bidders may be asked for a different form of payment. Item Condition and Descriptions All property is sold “AS IS.” All sales are final. No refunds or returns. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, and value of all items. Jantzi Auctions may describe items in advertising or online listings, but makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for purpose. Bidders are the sole judges of value. Item Categories Item categories are automatically assigned by the HiBid system, not Jantzi Auctions. Incorrect categories will not be grounds for refunds or returns. Previewing and Inspection Bidders who do not preview items in person understand that inspection may be limited when bidding online. Jantzi Auctions visually inspects items but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of descriptions. Please read all descriptions and photos carefully—important details may appear there. No refunds will be given for failure to read item descriptions. Before and During the Auction Check listings frequently. Photos, descriptions, and details may change before the auction begins closing. Jantzi Auctions is not responsible for technical issues, including internet failures or HiBid malfunctions, that may affect bidding. Missed bids for any reason will not be compensated. New Bidders New accounts are marked as “pending” until reviewed. If you register late in the auction, approval cannot be guaranteed before bidding closes. Shipping and Pick-Up If you require shipping, please note this in the “Notes to Auctioneer” section. Review all shipping and pick-up information before bidding. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs if you failed to review them in advance. Lost or damaged shipments will be handled through Jantzi Auctions and Canada Post. Items not picked up by the end of the week (unless prior arrangements are made) will be considered abandoned and become the property of Jantzi Auctions Ltd. If you ask us to hold items beyond the scheduled pick-up time, Jantzi Auctions is not responsible for any loss or damage after that period. Invoices and Communication Invoices are emailed when the auction closes. If you do not receive your invoice: Check your spam folder. Issues at Pick-Up Please check your items carefully before leaving the property Any issues must be reported before you drive away. Once you leave, all sales are considered final.

Shipping Instructions If you require shipping, please indicate this in the “Notes to Auctioneer” section when registering. We ship throughout Canada and the USA. If you would like regular letter mail, please email us to confirm. Otherwise, items will automatically be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, GLS, Canpar . Handling Charges $6 — Regular envelope letter mail (small items like single hockey cards or booklets) Sent at our discretion, No tracking or insurance available $15 — Packaging and handling per box $20 — Large or breakable items requiring extra packing time $30 --- Breakable items requiring extra time and Bubble wrap U.S. Customers Shipments to the U.S. Will be subject to tariffs and related import fees. These costs are unknown until delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. No refunds will be issued for tariff-related charges. Jantzi Auctions has no control over these fees. Due to the Tarrifs expect delays of 2-4 weeks at the border. We use Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, GLS, Canpar . Shipping will be completed using whichever method is available and most economical at the time. You will be charged the actual rate plus our handling fees listed above. If you have a prefered carrier let us know in the auctioneers notes. Shipments will be packed and proceesed by the following Monday Minimum tracked shipping charges: $20 within Ontario $25 out of province All charges are plus applicable taxes. Charges are per box, not per lot. We do not provide shipping quotes before packing, as costs depend on the item’s size, weight, and destination. Payment for Shipping Credit cards are charged for purchases the morning after the auction closes. Once your package is ready to ship, your credit card will be charged again for shipping costs. You will then receive an email with your final invoice and tracking number. Shipping Address Items are shipped to the address on your HiBid account. Please ensure this address is accurate before bidding. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, a $20 return fee will apply plus the Canada Post return shipping charge. Oversized Items We do not ship oversized items. Our maximum box sizes are: 24 × 16 × 16 inches (standard box) 30 × 5 × 24 inches (art box) Please contact us before bidding on items larger than these sizes.
