We are pleased to announce the inaugural Holiday Auction for AGA (All Good Auction). This online auction will showcase an eclectic collection: sterling silver items, including Georgian, English, Continental, Mexican, and Birks pieces. Notably, there will be a presentation trophy awarded to Yasushi Yamazaki from The Canadian Japanese Association in Vancouver, BC, dated 1913. The auction will also feature Baccarat and Waterford barware, along with a variety of glassware. Gold, silver, and costume jewelry will be on offer as well as ladies' fashion accessories including Louis Vuitton handbags, totes/travel bags, silk scarves and antique crocodile coin purses with sterling silver clasps. Furniture includes Georgian pieces, 19th C.and 20th C. examples.
The auction will also feature Japanese and Chinese pieces including an early Chinese Export tea caddy, porcelain and cloisonné vases. Decorative arts include period portrait miniatures, antique English porcelain and ceramics, fine lighting, antique brass and copper items, including an antique Scottish copper ship's lantern. Fine art includes oil paintings, watercolors, and prints. Additionally, Inuit and First Nations soapstone carvings, whale bone carving, and framed prints will be available. The auction will also offer a selection of rugs, carpets, books, and much more!
