Cash buyers must pay and pick up their lots on the scheduled pick up dates. *Pick up date is Friday, December 5th from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made by calling Monty at 918-533-1491 prior to auction completion.
*If your bids show as "pending", it means you have a zero or negative reputation feedback score in the Hi-Bid system and you will be unable to participate in this sale without making personal arrangements with management.
*If you may be bidding in excess of $2,000 you will need to get approval prior by 12:30 CST, the day before the auction ends..
*If you do not pay for or pick up your items for any reason other than health or death, you will be charged a 20% restocking/storage fee and may be blocked from bidding in future sales.
*If purchasing firearms, federal laws will apply and purchases will be transferred to out of state buyers via FFL dealers. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. Buyers of firearms need to be prepared to fill out an affidavit as to their legality and submit a copy of their state issued I.D. for our company records only. Company may further restrict purchases beyond the federal laws concerning the purchase of certain firearms, i.e. semi-auto assault rifles.
