We do not have long term storage available. Please remove your purchases promptly.
** Any items that are not picked up within 30 days of the end of auction, will be forfieted with no refund.
If for any reason, any person(s) chose to dispute anything with the Brandon Auction LLC that cannot be handled directly with auction staff located at 12835 E. 11th St.,Tulsa, OK 74128, it must be at the location of Tulsa County Courthouse located at 500 S Denver Ave., Tulsa, OK 74103.
Brandon Auction is not responsible for any misrepresentation of any items and/or descriptions. Bidders inspection is encouraged. Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the description, & condition of the items. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
In the event of any technical difficulities in any way, Brandon Auction cannot be held responsible. Brandon Auction reserves the right to re-run any auctions/lots at any time with or without warning.
Any bidders that do not pay within an ample time period at the discretion of the auction company, Brandon Auction, we reserve the right to ban you from all auctions. Additionally, Brandon Auction reserves the right to decline any bids at their sole discretion.
