All bidders must be registered to bid, and will not be accepted without providing name, address, phone, and valid ID. By registering for the auction, bidder agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions of the auction set forth herein. 2. All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is". All sales are final. Payment Terms
Buyer is solely responsible for the item upon the auctioneer stating "sold" or the “close” of auction. Items must be paid in full prior to removal. All invoices must be paid in full by 5:00 pm Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Pickup date is Wednesday, October 15 from 2:00-5:00 pm at the times designated above. No load out shall be provided by the Seller or the Auction Company. In the event items are not removed by 5:00 pm October 15, 2025, the Seller and/or Auction Company may dispose of the items at their sole discretion with no further liability to the buyer. Please contact us PRIOR to auction end if you need a later pickup. Otherwise, pickups after the scheduled pickup will be assessed charge of $15.00 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, if we are able. 6. Shipping Instructions (U.S. Only): Buyer is to notify Auction Company within 24 hours AFTER auction close if shipping is needed. If you are located outside Oklahoma, we assume you require shipping. Upon payment in full, Auction Company will deliver items less than 30# to The Mail Run (580) 234-6245 in Enid, Oklahoma for shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the auction close for them to contact you for payment and to provide tracking information. The Auction Company is not responsible or liable for any issues arising from shipment.
