1. BINDING AGREEMENT
By registering for, bidding in, or purchasing items through any auction conducted by Beyond the Door Auctions LLC ("Auctioneer," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Buyer") acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Each bid constitutes a legally binding and irrevocable offer to purchase. Auction staff bidding disclosure: Employees & ownership are permitted to participate in the auction for the sole purpose of lawful intent to purchase for personal use or otherwise.

2. AUCTIONEER ROLE & AGENCY DISCLOSURE
Beyond the Door Auctions LLC acts solely as an auction firm and agent for the seller.
Auctioneer does not independently verify seller representations and makes no representations on behalf of the seller beyond those expressly stated.

3. AS-IS, WHERE-IS - NO WARRANTIES
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.
Auctioneer expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
" Merchantability
" Fitness for a particular purpose
" Authenticity
" Provenance
" Condition
" Completeness
" Functionality
All descriptions, photographs, measurements, and statements are opinions only, provided as a courtesy. Buyer bears sole responsibility to inspect items, review photographs, attend previews when offered, and ask questions prior to bidding.

4. AUTHENTICITY & COLLECTIBLES
Beyond the Door Auctions LLC is not an authentication service.
No statement, description, or response to inquiry shall be deemed a guarantee of authenticity, origin, age, or attribution. Buyer accepts all risks regarding authenticity and identification.

5. ALL SALES FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.

6. BUYER'S PREMIUM & SALES TAX
A Buyer's Premium of 16% will be added to the final hammer price.
Buyer is responsible for all applicable Ohio and local sales taxes, as determined by the pickup or delivery location, unless a valid exemption certificate is on file prior to bidding.

7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By registering and bidding, Buyer authorizes Beyond the Door Auctions LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file.
Charges may include:
" Hammer price
" Buyer's premium
" Applicable taxes
" Shipping
" Handling
" Storage or abandonment fees
No alternative payment methods are accepted unless expressly approved in writing. Failure of payment constitutes default.

8. SECURED FUNDS & IDENTIFICATION
Auctioneer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require secured funds, additional identification, or alternative verification for certain items, including but not limited to precious metals or high-value property.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the transaction without refund.

9. SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping is available only when expressly stated.
" No shipping outside the United States
" Shipping fees include actual carrier cost, handling (minimum $15 for the first lot at $2 each additional lot), and insurance
" Large, fragile, or complex orders may incur additional handling charges
Buyer acknowledges sole responsibility to verify shipping eligibility prior to bidding. Auctioneer is under no obligation to ship items not designated for shipping.

10. PICKUP, STORAGE & ABANDONMENT
Items must be picked up only during designated pickup dates and times.
" Items not removed may be subject to a $20 per-item handling or storage fee
" Items remaining seven (7) calendar days after the final pickup date are deemed abandoned
" Abandoned items may be resold, donated, or disposed of at Auctioneer's discretion
" No refunds will be issued for abandoned property

11. DEFAULT, COLLECTIONS & CHARGEBACKS
Buyer agrees that failure to pay, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in:
" Account suspension or termination
" Recovery of administrative fees, collection costs, and legal expenses
" Referral to a third-party collections agency where permitted by law
Buyer remains responsible for all lawful recovery costs incurred.

12. TECHNOLOGY ERRORS
In the event of system failure, bidding errors, or platform malfunction, Auctioneer reserves the right, in good faith and to preserve auction integrity, to cancel bids, pause bidding, extend auctions, reopen lots, or void sales. All decisions are final.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Auctioneer's total liability shall not exceed the lesser of $3,000 or the purchase price of the item.
Auctioneer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including lost profits.

14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or injury to persons or property once an item is made available for pickup or shipment.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & VENUE
BUYER WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
All disputes shall be governed by Ohio law. Venue shall lie exclusively in Hamilton County, Ohio. Buyer agrees to pay Auctioneer's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs if Auctioneer prevails.

16. COMMUNICATIONS
Buyer acknowledges that communications with Auctioneer may be recorded, retained, and used for operational, compliance, or legal purposes.

17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. ACCEPTANCE
By bidding, Buyer acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
