Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. * Bidder inspection is encouraged. *We will charge the card on file immediately after auction sale, you (the winning bidder/buyer) is responsible for pickup or to arrange shipment. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * Reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Applicable taxes * Buyer's premium rate charged (16%) for Bidders. * Cash, Money Order, Check & Credit Card Accepted in most instances. * Bullion & Coins May Require Cash, Wire Transfer or Money Order Only. *Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of Auction Close * If the credit card on file is not able to be processed then: All purchases must be paid for (or contact with arrangements, such as the money order is in the mail) within 24 hours of auction's close. *Absentee Bids will be bid in a competitive manner. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse or not excecute any absentee bid at his own discretion. * Internet & Webcast Auctions: Robert Wilson, Auctioneer, reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *When the auctioneer/platform program indicates sold, bangs the gavel or gives other such visual or verbal affirmation of an ended lot, the high bidder is responsible for purchase of the item *All items are considered with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise in advertisements or during announcements on the day of sale. *Auctioneer may remove a lot at any time up until and including the auction itself. *RESERVES: Each item may have a confidential minimum/reserve price established by Robert Wilson, Auctioneer. Robert Wilson, Auctioneer (or designated staff person) may bid on behalf of the consignor at the auction up to the reserve or minimum. If bids on a lot fail to reach the reserve, the lot will be “bought in.” *All auction staff are allowed to bid on their own behalf unless otherwise noted *Please hold up your bid card for identification when Auctioneer says “SOLD”. You will be responsible for all items charged to your bidder number. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid from a bidder whose conduct, actions, or comments are deemed not in the best interest of the auction, its consignors/sellers or bidders. *Announcements on the day of the auction sale take precedence over all written terms & conditions. *All Bidders must meet Auctioneer’s qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of the Auctioneer may be disqualified at Auctioneer’s sole option and will not be awarded lots. Such determination may be made by Auctioneer in its sole and unlimited discretion, at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the Auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to exclude any person from the auction. *Shipping is provided unless pickup is chosen per checkout instructions. Any person participating, registering and/or purchasing items for the Auction agrees to be bound by and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Auction. Pickup available the following Tuesday through Thursday after Auction Close - or by Appointment. Please contact to arrange pickup. Shipping is available for a minium charge of $12.00 - cost will be based on your location and package weight & dimensions. Shipping will be charged if pickup is not arranged per terms of invoice email, i.e. if you don't pick up, we will ship it to you unless otherwise discussed.
