* Please note, all new bidders must be manually approved by the auctioneer before bidding. We will be frequently checking for new registrations during the auction close, but please be aware there may be a delay between registration and approval.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Many lots note "Untested", but buyer should assume ALL LOTS are untested unless noted otherwise in the detailed description of the lot.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warrantied or guaranteed. We do our best to provide accurate information and good photos, but bidder inspection of photos is encouraged.
* Please look closely at pictures to make your own evaluation of condition before bidding. Several of the trains are new in package, but conditions range from new to used to very used or in need of repair. Please inspect pictures carefully.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction
* Your bid is a contract. Please bid only if you intend to pay for your item.
* Your card may be charged $1 when you register to authenticate the card; however, the charge will not remain on your card.

* Buyer's premium 10% if paying with cash at pickup, additional 5% will be added for all credit card payments (total of 15%). Please note - no other forms of payment will be accepted. Cash at pickup or credit card online only
* No sales tax charged for this auction.
* Shipping available on most items or pick up available in Wooster, OH. Shipping to US and Canada only. PLEASE review individual lots because there are some that cannot be shipped.
* Shipping is expensive especially for large, heavy items like those in this auction. Please consider that when placing bids for items that you will need to have shipped.
* Please allow 7 - 10 days after the auction for packing and shipping to be calculated and invoiced as shipping is time consuming and we handle packing inhouse to make shipping more affordable.
* Handling fee of $7 PER LOT, plus cost of packaging material, insurance, signature confirmation, and shipping cost to be paid by buyer prior to shipment. If you select shipping, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping after you pay for your items and after we have your items packed for shipping. Shipping address MUST match the address associated with credit card used for payment.
* If you are the winning bidder, you will receive 2 emails after the auction from Shipping Saint. One email will include the invoice for items you won. The second email will request you to select pickup or shipping for your items.
* Buyer registrations only accepted for US and Canada
*If you are picking up, but plan to pay with credit card, please pay online via the invoice sent by Shipping Saint prior to pickup. Credit cards cannot be accepted at pickup.
*If you are picking up and plan to pay with cash, please bring exact change as noted on your invoice. (your invoice will include 15% buyer's premium, so you will need to calculate the total with 10% buyer's premium)
*If you select shipping, you must pay for your item(s) by credit card. After paying for your item(s), you will receive an additional invoice for shipping including $7 handling PER LOT plus cost of shipping.

* If you do not pick up your item(s) within the scheduled pick up time or do not pay for shipping within 7 days of the close of the auction, your items will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued for cost of the item(s)
