10 X 23 Storage Unit. You must remove all items from the unit and storage unit property. No exceptions. You must pay a $100.00 cleaning fee deposit in cash to the management company of the storage unit prior to gaining access to the unit. If the unit is cleaned to thier standards then the deposit will be returned. You must remove all items during business hours on Monday and/or Tuesday August 19th and 20th. No exceptions. Your card on file will be charged at the end of the auction and no refunds or charge backs allowed should you fail to meet the terms of this auction. The 4 wooden shelves in the unit are not included in this auction. The seller reserves the right to keep the 4 wooden shelves.
