There will be a 5% "Buyers Premium" added to the successful bidders high bid. We will accept cash, VISA, Master Card, Discover,money order or approved check (accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee). NC sales tax will also be added (6.75%). If you have a tax exempt #, please fax it to (919)734-1781 before the auction on Saturday. If bidding online, the "Buyers Premium" will be 8%. There will be a 3% convenience fee for the use of credit or debit cards. The information contained on the sale list and all related auction materials are subject to the terms and conditions of the CONTRACT OF SALE. The buyer's complete inspection of property is encouraged. All property sells "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS", if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the auction will take precedence over previous printed material or any other oral statements made.
