Sales tax of 6.75% will be added to purchase price. If you are tax exempt please add the request to your auction registration and/or submit completed resale permit IRS form # E-595E before close of auction to aroundtriangleauctions@gmail.com.
NO SALES TAX REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE ITEMS ARE INVOICED WITH TAX.
Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions due to declined card on file or failure to reply to subsequent payment requests will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for Around Triangle Auctions NCAL # 11009. Cash payment at time of pick up is permitted when noted during registration or in an email before close of auction. We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service Or To Reject Any Bid To Anyone For Any Reason.

Winners of lots will be charged after auction has ended at any point within 24 hours of auction closing and/or the next following business day. If your card on file is declined, you will receive an invoice and payment link with this information. You will have 24 hours to complete payment or contact Around Triangle Auctions with alternate payment information, after which time the item may be resold, and your HiBid account will be noted as non-paying. Buyers with lots not picked up during designated pickup times may void their winning lots with no refund or exchange available.
Check invoice for pickup details. If you do not see your invoice from the HiBid automated system in your email inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders. In your email search bar you can also find it using the search term “settlement” .
We accept major credit/debit cards, wire transfers and cash. No checks accepted. For any jewelry, single lot or invoice amount that is over $1500.00 we reserve the right to request payment by bank wire transfer or cash.
SHIPPING: Purchases requesting shipping will only be shipped to the address on file in HiBid. Any shipping requested invoice that has card on file declined during payment processing will be immediately cancelled, no separate or secondary payment requests will be made and those lots will be made available to the next highest bidder.
All descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and may or may not be completely correct. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Most items are pre-owned. No refunds or exchanges will be given. All items sold as is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The current condition is shown and/or noted, to the best of our ability. Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final.
ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid.
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL AND LOADING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. Buyers should arrange for professional de-installation of wired, plumbed or built-in items. Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment.
ACCIDENTS: All persons attending this auction and pickup or otherwise on the premises before, during and/or after the auction, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners, nor Around Triangle Auctions are responsible for accidents while on the premises for the auction or pick up. The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of the items purchased. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk.
REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell individual matching dining chairs available in multiple quantities to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)
RESERVE PRICES: The seller reserves the right to set a minimum acceptable price on any item in the auction at anytime before close of auction. This would typically be by request of the estate or consignor.
Though a rare occurrence, auctions are subject to cancellation by Around Triangle Auctions due to Computer black out, sudden illness, power outages, tornadoes, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by Around Triangle Auctions NCAL # 11009. The auctioneer holds no responsibility for missed bids or system failures.
