By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Most items are pre-owned. No refunds or exchanges will be given. All items sold as is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The current condition is shown and/or noted, to the best of our ability. Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. 4. Shipping May be available for select lots only; see shipping / pick up section or individual listings for more shipping details. 5. 18% buyer's premium added to bid price. 6. Sales tax of 6.75% will be added to purchase price. If you are tax exempt please submit completed resale permit IRS form # E-595E to Mike Sheridan. No sales tax refunds will be given once items are invoiced with tax. 7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds. 8. Please call Mike for preview 919-906-0385. 9. For pick up dates and times see “shipping / pick-up” tab section below or see your invoice for that info also. 10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. 11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for Around Triangle Auctions NCAL # 11009. 12. Auction is subject to cancellation by Around Triangle Auctions due to Computer black out, power outages, tornadoes, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by Around Triangle Auctions NCAL # 11009. These scenarios would be a rare occurrence. The auctioneer holds no responsibility for missed bids or system failures. 13. We accept major credit/debit cards, and cash. No checks accepted. For any jewelry, single lot or invoice amount that is over $2500.00 we reserve the right to request payment by bank wire transfer or cash. Jewelry purchases requesting shipping will only be shipped to the address on file in HiBid, and buyer must provide front and back copy of credit card used in transaction. 14. We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service Or To Reject Any Bid To Anyone For Any Reason. 15. ACCIDENTS: All persons attending this auction and pickup or otherwise on the premises before, during and/or after the auction, do so at their own risk. Neither the sellers, Property Owners, nor Around Triangle Auctions is responsible for accidents while on the premises for the auction or pick up. The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of the items purchased. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk. Buyer's should arrange for professional de-installation of wired, plumbed or built-in items. Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment. 16. Winners of lots will be charged after auction has ended at any point within 24 hours of auction closing and/or the next following business day. If your credit card is declined you will receive an invoice with this information. You will have 48 hours to contact Around Triangle Auctions with alternate payment information, after which time the item may be resold, and your HiBid account will be noted as No Pay. Check invoice for pickup details. If you believe you won a lot but do not see your invoice in your INBOX, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you do not have an invoice, call us as soon as possible to confirm purchase. Buyers with lots not picked up during designated pickup times may void their winning lots with no refund or exchange available. 17. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) 18. RESERVE PRICES - The seller reserves the right to set a minimum acceptable price on any item in the auction.
