Welcome to Spendwise Liquidations! By registering for and bidding in our auctions, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing bids. For questions, contact us via email at Spendwiseauctions@gmail.com.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon auction close. Your invoice will include:
Winning bid amount
15% buyer’s premium
North Carolina sales tax (unless exempt)
Sales Tax Exemption: Provide a valid NC sales tax exemption certificate (resale certificate) before bidding to avoid sales tax. Email it to Spendwiseauctions@gmail.com.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Card on File: Your registered credit/debit card will be charged automatically.
Card at Pickup: Pay by credit/debit card at our Randleman, NC location.
Cash at Pickup: Email Spendwiseauctions@gmail.com within 1 hour of auction close to arrange a cash invoice.
Note: Unpaid invoices may restrict access to future auctions until settled. Partial payments or payment plans are not accepted. Email us with payment questions.

All items are for local pickup only from our Randleman, NC location unless shipping is pre-approved.

Pickup Dates & Hours:
Friday, Oct 17, 2025: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, Oct 18, 2025: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday, Oct 20, 2025: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Strict Pickup Deadline:
Items not picked up by 5:00 PM on Oct 20, 2025, are considered abandoned and forfeited, with no refunds.
Abandoned items may be resold, disposed of, or scrapped without notice, even if paid.
We do not offer storage. Bring help for heavy items, as loading assistance is not provided.
Shipping for Small Items
Most items are pickup only.
Smaller items (e.g., under 10 lbs, non-bulky) may be eligible for shipping with prior approval.
Email Spendwiseauctions@gmail.com with the lot number before bidding to confirm shipping eligibility.
If approved, shipping and handling costs will be calculated post-auction and billed separately. Estimated costs: $5–$50, depending on size and destination.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
Inspection / Preview
General Preview: Due to high inventory turnover, general previews are not offered. We provide detailed photos and descriptions in each listing.
Heavy Equipment Preview: Schedule an appointment to view large items (e.g., machinery) during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM) before bidding. Email Spendwiseauctions@gmail.com to arrange.

Item Details & Condition
Our items are sourced from major retailers and distributors, including overstock, shelf-pulls, undeliverable packages, customer returns, or refurbished goods. Each listing includes:
Stock Photos (First 4 images): For reference only. These may show accessories, parts, or packaging not included.
Actual Photos (Following images): Show the exact item you’ll receive.
Condition & Info Fields: Note packaging condition, assembly requirements, functional status, and missing parts.
Description: May include manufacturer text for reference. Specs in descriptions do not guarantee included parts.
Important Buyer Notice:
Only items shown in actual photos are included. If it’s not pictured, it’s not included.
Stock photos and descriptions are for reference only and may mention parts not in the lot.
Photos override descriptions. Always review actual photos to confirm what you’re bidding on.
All items are sold as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
Additional Condition Disclaimers
Untested Items: Sold strictly as-is. Electronics or smart devices may be locked to a previous user’s account and unusable. Assume untested items are for parts or repair only.
Tools and Gas-Powered Equipment: Tested only to confirm they power on briefly. “Works” means the item powers on, not that it’s fully functional or free of defects. We do not test for air/water pressure, oil consumption, leaks, or sustained performance.
As-Is Condition: Buyers assume all risks related to repairs, parts, or functionality.
Item Condition Guide
New: Unopened, original packaging.
Excellent: Appears unused or lightly used, with minimal wear (e.g., minor scratches).
Used: Visible wear, condition noted in description.
For Parts or Repair: Non-functional, missing key components, or requires repair.
All Sales Are Final
Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no returns or exchanges.
By bidding, you accept the item’s condition and these terms.
Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
Spendwise Liquidations is not responsible for missed bids, internet outages, or technology errors. Ensure a stable internet connection and email us if issues arise during bidding.
Liability Waiver
Buyers are responsible for loading and removing purchases. Spendwise Liquidations is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage during pickup or removal.
Chargebacks / Disputes
All sales are final. By registering, you waive the right to initiate credit card chargebacks or payment disputes.
Licensing Disclosure
Spendwise Liquidations is a licensed North Carolina Auction Firm (License #10983). All auctions comply with Chapter 85B of the NC General Statutes and the NC Auctioneer Licensing Board Rules (21 NCAC 04B).
