By registering to bid, buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. You must register to bid. 2. You must be 18 years of age or older. 3. You may pay by credit card at pickup or cash at pick up. We do NOT get any credit card information from HIBID. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior history with our auction service. MLane Auction Services reserves the right ot hold items paid for by check until check has cleared. 4. Some lots may be offered with a "Reserve" which is the minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. MLaneAuction Services may act to protect the reserve by bidding through the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the consignor up to the amount of the reserve, either by placing bids in response to other bidders or by placing consecutive bids. Auctioneer and staff may bid on items in auction with the intent to purchase. 5. Sales tax will be added to purchase price. 6. 15% buyers premium, with a 4% surcharge for all credit cards. 7. All items sold AS IS WHERE IS. All sales are final, no refunds. 8. Previews of items can be arranged by appointment. Please call 910-596-1899 to set an appointment for viewing. 9. After auction, items must be picked up on pick up days. 10. Items not paid for and not picked up within the scheduled days and times for pick up and check out will be forfeited DUE TO BEING AND ON SITE and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 11. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items. 12.
