19th century oak tabletop display case, rectangular form having an oak frame with glass paneled sides and top, the door opens to reveal a large storage compartment with flanking tabs for shelves. With expected signs of age, some loss to glass panel along left side, some light scratches to stained finish. Measures 14 3/4" h. x 16 3/4" w. x 11 d.

The majority of items sold by SECONDWIND are used, antique or vintage and should be expected to have expected signs of use. Photographs should be considered part of the description and condition reports and should be viewed diligently by each bidder. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to preform their own due diligence on items by reading descriptions, examining photographs and inquiring with SECONDWIND staff before placing a bid as ALL ITEMS are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Condition reports are a courtesy to the bidder and should be considered a subjective, educated opinion of SECONDWIND staff but should be no considered a statement of fact. SECONDWIND has no responsibility for error or omission of any conditional issues. PAYMENT: Payment forms Accepted: Credit / Debit Cards, Certified checks, Money orders or Bank transfer. SALES TAX: All sale are subject to appropriate state tax laws. Tax exempt bidders MUST PROVIDE the appropriate state sale tax exemption certification BEFORE the end of the sale. PICK-UP: You (or your representative/agent designated to collect your order) are solely responsible for verifying the presence and accuracy of all items included in the order. By signing the invoice and/or leaving the pick-up area with the order, you accept the order as-is without any exceptions. By signing the invoice (whether by yourself or by your representative/agent), you release the Company from liability and take full responsibility for the contents of the order. You explicitly acknowledge that once the transaction is complete and/or the items are removed from the premises by you (or your representative/agent), the Company will not provide any refunds, returns, or credits. SHPPING & TRANSPORT: A. USPS Priority Mail: SECONDWIND will pack coins, jewelry, and small items (up to 12 inches in its largest dimension, excluding art) for shipping via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Additional shipping fees will be added to invoices if this service is selected. SECONDWIND will ship coins, jewelry, and small items upon the winning bidder's request, made before or during the bidding process. Users are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance through USPS. SECONDWIND is not liable for shipping delays due to incomplete bidder addresses or profiles, USPS operations, or damage or loss of packages caused by USPS. B. UPS Store of Morrisville: For items that are not able to be safely and securely shipped via USPS Priority Mail, SECONDWIND refers bidders to the UPS Store of Morrisville in which shipping can be set up directly with them, they can be reached at 919-378-9195. C. For oversized items or frieght shipping please contact SECONDWIND directly for referalls. FORFEITURE: If bidder fails to pick-up or pay for the items won in the auction as per the site's terms and conditions, those items will be deemed abandoned and/or forfeited by you. You agree that ownership of these items will revert to SECONDWIND without any refund or compensation to you for the forfeited items. You acknowledge that the failure to receive any items in the event of abandonment/forfeiture does not exempt you from your obligation to pay all associated fees and expenses. You will be responsible for paying SECONDWIND all applicable taxes, shipping/transportation costs, insurance, storage and handling fees, moving or disposal charges, as well as any collections and legal fees incurred prior to and because of such abandonment and/or forfeiture. SECONDWIND retains the sole discretion to resell, dispose of, and/or donate the abandoned and/or forfeited items to a charity of its choosing. Additionally, SECONDWIND reserves the right to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving or disposal charges. PICK-UP: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9 - FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2025 FROM 10 AM TO 3 PM SecondWind Auction will ship items that fit safely and securely, as determined by SecondWind staff, inside a USPS-provided Flat Rate mailing box. All items will be insured for the full amount of invoice and shipped via Priority Mail; bidder is responsible for shipping and handling costs which will be charged to the card on file. Once the label has been created an automatically generated email notification will be sent to the bidder’s registered email address with tracking information. For items unable to be safely packed, or are too large, for a USPS-provided Flat Rate mailing box, bidders may contact the UPS Store of Morrisville at 919-378-9195 and arrange shipping directly with UPS, or any other third-party shipper of the bidder’s choice.
