However, we will work with your selected shipper to ensure they have the necessary information. PICKUP IS the week after the auction ends ! You do need an appointment, we will send you a email/text to choose your pickup day. If items are not picked up during these days/times or you have not contacted The Quick Swap then you will forfeit your items and no refunds will be given.
