Changes to the Auction: To best respond to various circumstances during the auction, changes to specific lots, descriptions, and photos, may become necessary and occur without notice. Lots may be added, combined, or removed without notice. 7. Successful Bidder: If you are the successful bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won within 1 day of the sale. You are also responsible for coming to pick up your items at the advertised dates or arranging pick up within 2 days. 8. Payment: Payment will be processed at Auction Close. If for any reason your payment is unsuccessful, payment will be required by 5 pm on the following day after the sale. 9. Item Pick Up unless otherwise agreed upon, all items, must be picked up on advertised days or items will be forfeited without refund. At the time of settlement, you will be notified of the address/location where you will need to pick up your purchases. Pickups for this auction will be 3420 Hwy 152 Salisbury, NC 28146. You are responsible for the pick up,packing and removal of all items you have purchased. You will need to present your paid invoice at the time of pick up. If you need assistance with removal, loading, and transporting your items, you will need to make arrangements before you arrive. The auction company is not available to remove, load, or transport items. 10. Lot 14 Auctions shall not be held liable for any technical issues that may cause a bid to not be successfully submitted. In any and all cases of technical difficulties, the auction company shall reserve the right to stop, postpone, or restart this auction at the company's sole discretion, perhaps without advanced notice. 11. Neither the seller nor Lot 14 Auctions shall be responsible, for accidents, injury, or theft of any kind. 12. State and Federal firearms laws will be followed regarding the sale of firearms. 13. Items over $200.00 that will be shipped will require certified payment. Cash, certified check, wire transfer before shipping unless pre approved for Credit Card Payments. 14.
