The auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description as may be necessary at any time without notice.

Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or cash. No money orders or check will be accepted of any kind.
Payments are necessary to be made in full before removal of any item. If you do not make payment of winning bids by 6 pm on day after auction card on file used to register will be charged. You will need to pick up by the last pick-up date and time registered. After that all items will be considered
Abandoned and revert back to auction company.
Sales tax will be charged unless buyer/bidder provides proper tax exemptions form and sales and use tax permit.
All major credit cards accepted with buyer's premium 3% if pay by cash Thursday will discount that.
The invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Hummingbird Restore after the sale concludes.

If you bidder/buyer is interested or need shipping bidder/buyer must request quote for shipping before bidding. If items can be shipped bidder/buyer will be responsible for all expenses related to Shipping/handling and for cost of item bid on. Will get quote asap after notification of need/want to ship quotes are an estimate of the charges for shipping and handling these can changed based on carrier charges at time of shipment. If have not requested quote prior to end of auction it will be the discretion of auction if will be able to ship if not buyer/bidder will be responsible for pick up.
