Selling the estate of an avid antique collector in Springville NY… The house is packed with a variety of collectables including ship clocks, antique furniture, cast iron, Black Americana, books, bottles, jewelry, radios, key collection, copper boilers, lamps, photography, brass collectables, art and much more! This was a fun auction to put together, take a look! Bidding ends Thursday 10/19 at 7 PM (soft close) Winning bidders can pick up their items on Saturday 10/21 from 11 AM - 3 PM
1 When and where is pick up?
PICK UP IS AT: The Estate location on Main Street Springville NY on Saturday 10/21 from 11AM - 3PM.. No exceptions Unless you have previously made alternative arrangements with the auctioneer, please do not bid if you can not make the pick up. You will not be refunded for failure to show up. We will not move your item and hold it for you. You will forfeit any items that are not picked up during the scheduling time frame.
2 Shipping Info
If you require shipment, you must reach out and get approval from the auctioneer beforehand. We only ship using USPS Priority Mail boxes. If the item you want to bid on will not fit in a Priority Mail box, then we will not ship it. See other information in Terms and Conditions.
3 Bring help to remove your items from the estate
Please bring adequate help, packing material and equipment for your items. Assume "contents" are not packed up for you and large items are not broken down. We do have assistance that is happy to help when we are able at pick up but our team should not be relied upon for removal of your goods.
4 What if I miss pick up?
You will forfeit your items without refund if you do not pick up during the scheduled pick up time frame, unless you made previous arrangements with the auctioneer. Calling during the pick up does not count as previous arrangements. We will not remove your items and hold for you to pick up at a later date. We do not have a warehouse to hold your items. Once the pick is finished, we are done with this job. The items are returned to the client. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE DESIGNATED PICK UP TIMEFRAME.
